The adoption process begins with a short tour and discussion with one of our Adoption Counselors so they can help you through the selection process. We want a successful outcome for both you and your pet, so it’s part of our job to help you find the one that fits YOUR lifestyle.

When you find a special dog or cat you want to meet, you’ll spend time getting to know each other in an adoption room. If you have a pet, please bring it with you to be sure everyone gets along before you take your newest family member home!

Adopting and owning a pet is a big responsibility, and we are here to help and support you and your new pet through the process. We believe the unconditional love from a pet is one of life’s greatest gifts — one that everyone should experience!
