Helping Rescued Pets in Southwest Michigan
The SPCA of Southwest Michigan relies entirely upon private donations to operate our Pet Rescue Center. We do not receive funding from any governmental source or from the ASPCA. It’s thanks to donors like you that we are able to rescue pets!
While the SPCA of Southwest Michigan is a qualified 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and your gifts are tax deductible, we know that’s not the only reason you give. Here are some of the things that your gifts can provide for a rescued pet:
-
$30 pays for a 10-day rescue quarantine (this ensures that the pet doesn’t have communicable diseases that will be passed along to our other pets.)
-
$50 pays for all shots and parasite treatment (which means they leave here healthy and ready to begin their new life!)
-
$100 pays for neutering/spaying and all shots (all pets who are adopted from the SPCA are spayed/neutered to prevent future unwanted pets. They have their shots and are microchipped.)
